My Irish grandmother, for whom I was named, would be proud. I’ve continued a family legacy of intuitive, highly sensitive persons (HSPs). I am grateful that I no longer hide this gift in either who I am or the work that I do.
As a deep listener I am a guide for individuals and groups. I easily tune into the energy of others and allow my intuition to lead.
And because we are getting to know each other, I’ll mention that I received a Master’s degree in religious studies and I obtained related certifications that support you and my work with dreams.

​The takeaway is that I am an explorer and a seeker. It’s embedded in my nature to use intuition while I help others find their own guidance system. I do this as an inner wisdom listener and a dreamworker.

Approach
Your initial complimentary session will help set the course for our time together. We'll discuss where you are and where you're hoping to go. I'll give some background on how I conduct the sessions. Then off we go.

The experience is very much like a soul's homecoming. I believe your inner ground is sacred. It's unique and special to you. I love listening to stories and I'm very interested in hearing yours - especially your dreams. What I do best is deep listen as you connect to your thoughts and dreams.

Your body is a critical compass giving messages and directions in either night dreams or waking visions. We have the opportunity to explore these as we talk about your story.

It's all about you as we see the patterns and symbols that emerge.

This work upholds ethical standards where confidentiality, respect and acceptance are hallmarks. My ethical code of conduct is informed by active memberships with Spiritual Directors International (SDI) and the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD) organizations.
Background
My appetite for answers and connection to this big, mystical world led me to study Religious Studies, English, and Microbiology before earning a Master's degree from Fordham University in Religion and Religious Studies.

In my travels, I explored and experienced many spiritualities. Along the way I obtained essential certifications for my work such as 2 years Spiritual Director training, and more than 4 years Dreamwork training from both The Haden Institute and Steven Aizenstat's Dream Tending Program. Other training includes Martha Beck Life Coach certification, as well as comprehensive Reiki I/II training.
​
I raised four wonderful children (they are treasures) and enjoyed a long career in various cultural arts institutions which supported education and nurturing opportunities for patrons all around the world.
In time I began to re-imagine parts of my being and spirit, and discovered what I already knew deep inside that my superpower is deep listening. I decided to own my natural ability to see with a mystical inner eye in service of others.
