What is dream exploration? This free class is one, 50-minute session for those who would like to ask questions about what is means to explore dreams and why this is important. My dream circles are a nurturing, elder-guided small group gathering that offers safety, embodiment, and the sacredness of sharing at the core. The free session begins with participant introductions followed by a brief explanation as to why we are gathered. You will experience a short meditative exercise to help us tap into the imaginal space of the dreamscape. There will be time for reflections and questions. All are welcome. No experience necessary.
